Tomorrow, Saturday 27 April 2019, the DA will celebrate Freedom Day across the country.

25 Years after our first democratic election, it is a tragic that four out of ten South African households do not have a single job.

Through its “Jobs Act” the DA has a plan to put a job in every home.

Tomorrow, DA Leader Mmusi Maimane will officially unveil our “Jobs Act” in Johannesburg. He will be accompanied by the DA Youth Leader, Luyolo Mphithi and DA Gauteng Premier Candidate, Solly Msimanga.

Eastern Cape

DA Eastern Cape Premier Candidate Nqaba Bhanga will be leading a Freedom Day March to the Fountain Avenue Satellite Police Station in Walmer, Port Elizabeth. The Fountain Avenue Satellite Station was shut down in 2017, even though it is situated in one of the most crime ridden areas in Nelson Mandela Bay.
