The Democratic Alliance (DA) would like to congratulate the DA-led government in Modimolle-Mookgophong local municipality for launching a new electricity customer care centre for the residents.
The electricity customer care centre will be operational for 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, to attend to any electricity queries from the residents.
Residents will be able to lodge a query via SMS, email or phone and can expect to receive an automated reference number with which to track the status of their query.
The customer service forms part of the municipality’s plans to establish a sustainable and reliable electricity service for Modimolle-Mookgophong residents.
This service is expected to allow residents to submit queries for all municipal services.
